A Modern Tribute to a Skiing Legend

(Altenmarkt, Austria – January 2025) – Atomic is bringing racing heritage back to the slopes with the launch of the limited edition X9S Beta Race 10.26 – a modern high-performance ski inspired by the original model ridden by Austrian legend Hermann Maier. Blending retro design with contemporary race technology, the ski is a tribute to Maier’s legacy and a nod to Atomic’s roots in World Cup racing.

With a Multi Radius Sidecut for dynamic short and long turns, the ski is built to perform across varied piste conditions. Ultrawall sidewalls ensure precise edge grip and power transmission, while a Titanal-powered construction and Ultra Power Woodcore deliver the stability and control expected of a ski in this class.

Only available in limited numbers, the Atomic X9S Beta Race 10.26 is a collector’s edition that merges timeless design with cutting-edge performance – built for skiers who want to carve their own lines with a touch of history.
